Arequipa's 469th Anniversary Parade

La Cuidad Blanca (The White City), as Arequipa is known, is expected to play host to over 10000 visitors during celebrations for its 469th Anniversary. The 3-day fiesta hits its colourful highpoint on Saturday 15th when all eyes are concentrated on and around the plaza de armas for the vibrant parade that meanders through the city.
